Client Trainer Agreement 

Session Terms:

  • Based on our consultation, I will use my knowledge and experience to design a safe programme of exercise that will take into account your fitness goals, current and desired fitness levels and exercise likes and dislikes. 

  • Your information will be kept private and confidential.

  • Personal Training is a two-way commitment and understood between us that we will both commit to the programme and/or sessions arranged. Please note that inconsistencies in sessions may not drive the desired results or training outcomes.

  • You are required to arrive on time so we get a full session on each visit. The session time will not be extended if you are late. 

  • At least 24hrs notice is required when cancelling or rearranging a session, and this can be done by phone, text, email etc. Anything less than 24 hrs notice for a cancellation or a no-show will mean the session is lost. 

  • If for any reason, I have to cancel a session - it will be rearranged promptly to the next convenient slot. You will not be charged for the missed session.  

  • Advanced payment is required for block bookings, but you do not need to book all sessions in advance.

  • There are no refunds on pre-paid sessions, unless I were to fall long-term sick or cannot train you for more than 4 weeks in a row.

 

Covid-19 updated terms​:

  • Whilst it is no longer a legal requirement to self isolate, if you are unwell, showing symptoms or have a positive test then please cancel your sessions. 

  • Online PT: Please ensure your space, audios and visuals are set up for online PT sessions. This includes having a stable WiFi connection. I will ensure the same on my side. 

  • The session link will be shared 5-10 minutes before our session starts via email/Whatsapp.
