POST NATAL FITNESS

Congratulations! You have birthed a human and your life has changed forever!

​​​​

​I understand first hand that when you have a baby to look after, your fitness can be the last thing on your priority list at the end of a long day. I also know how beneficial it is to move your body when you can, not just for your physical health, but for your mind too. 

​​

Get together with other local mums, move your body and feel great for doing so. Bring your babe, or don't, lets make it as easy as possible for you to come and workout.

​​

This class focuses on the fundamental motherhood movement patterns, mobility and core restoration to help you move well and get you stronger and fitter as your baby gets heavier and quicker! 

​​

When? Wednesdays, 10am 

Where? South Chingford Methodist Church

How much? £10 PAYG or part of a 6 week plan
