POST NATAL FITNESS

Congratulations! Your body has birthed a human and your life has changed forever!

​I understand first hand that fitting in fitness with a small baby in tow can feel impossible. Or maybe it is the last thing on your mind when you're knackered and have last night's washing up to do, which is why I have set up this group class.

​

Get together with other local mums, move your body and feel great for doing so. Bring your babe, or don't, lets make it as easy as possible for you to come and workout.

​

This class focuses on the fundamental motherhood movement patterns, mobility and core restoration to help move well and get you stronger and fitter as your baby gets heavier and quicker!
