Personal training is a two-way commitment, and of course you will get out what you put in. As your trainer, I have responsibilities to keep my knowledge up to date and my training methods safe and effective, which is something I invest a lot of time into.
Outside of our sessions I will equip you with this knowledge, the motivation you need and a structured program created in line with your goals.
We can train in a location of your choice, or I have access to space in The City, Leytonstone & Wanstead, East London.

Goal setting and movement assesment session
Hourly 121 practical sessions
Food diary review and recommendations (optional)
Ongoing support (whatsapp, check ins etc)
