Whether you're just starting out or need an extra push, personal training might be the right thing for you. 

From improved strength, increased fitness, better movement quality or simply a little motivation and accountability, your goals are the most important part of our relationship. 

Personal training is a two-way commitment, and of course you will get out what you put in. As your trainer, I have responsibilities to keep my knowledge up to date and my training methods safe and effective, which is something I invest a lot of time into. 

 

 Outside of our sessions I will equip you with this knowledge, the motivation you need and a structured program created in line with your goals. 

We can train in a location of your choice, or I have access to space in The City, Leytonstone & Wanstead, East London.

What is included in my PT packages?

  • Goal setting and movement assesment session

  • Hourly 121 sessions

  • Food diary review and recommendations (optional)

  • Ongoing support (whatsapp, check ins etc)

  • Supplementary home/gym workout (optional)
