Whether you're just starting out or need an extra push, 121 personal training might be the right thing for you.

From improved strength, increased fitness, better movement quality or simply a little motivation and accountability, I am here to help you along the way. 

​

Personal training is a two-way commitment, and of course you will get out what you put in. As your trainer, I have responsibilities to keep my knowledge up to date and my training methods safe and effective, which is something I invest a lot of time into. Outside of our sessions I will equip you with this knowledge, the accountability you need and a structured program created in line with your wants and needs. 

​

I have access to space close to Leytonstone and Wanstead, E11 or we can find a space to suit you.

​

PT sessions take place in the gym or via Zoom.
