Personal training is a two-way commitment, and of course you will get out what you put in. As your trainer, I have responsibilities to keep my knowledge up to date and my training methods safe and effective, which is something I invest a lot of time into. Outside of our sessions I will equip you with this knowledge, the accountability you need and a structured program created in line with your wants and needs.
I have access to space in Leytonstone, Bushwood area & Wanstead, East London or we can find a space to suit you.
Due to Covid-19, all PT sessions are now outdoors or via Zoom
