POST NATAL FITNESS

I understand first hand that when you have a baby to look after, your fitness can be the last thing on your priority list at the end of a long day. I also know how beneficial it is to move your body when you can, not just for your physical health, but for your mind too.
Get together with other local mums, move your body and feel great for doing so. Bringing your baby is optional, but they are more than welcome - I provide a few toys and mats for them to play on.
This class focuses on the fundamental motherhood movement patterns, mobility and core restoration to help you move well and get you stronger and fitter as your baby gets heavier and quicker!
