About me...


Hello, I am Sophie, a Personal Trainer based in East London. I work from Leytonstone and Wanstead and covering the surrounding areas.

I've always been active, and have explored many forms of training throughout the years, training for both mind and body. Prior to becoming a trainer, I was office based; my own training sessions provided so much more than physical benefits (and still do)! 


With fitness came endorphins, knowledge, fun and long lasting friendships - I feel lucky I can now spread this on to others! 

I've worked in several gyms and studios across London; my role as a trainer is to get the best out of you, help you learn, train safely and to equip you with knowledge that you can use beyond our sessions. 


I genuinely hope I can make you love exercise and integrate it into your schedule, not just for 6 weeks or 6 months, but as part of a healthy and happy life.

Whether your goal is to get started, get fitter, faster, stronger, move more efficiently or to increase your confidence both in and outside of the gym or in classes, I am here to help you. I am dedicated to my profession and am on a continuous journey to be the best trainer I can be.

The boring bit: I am First Aid and AED Qualified and registered with CIMSPA

"I really enjoy Sophie's class. I've always been a bit intimidated by the gym and working out but Sophie makes it fun and less daunting. There's always a mix of things to do so it doesn't get boring and some things even feel more like games than workouts (although you feel it afterwards!).

The sessions don't seem that hard but when I look back to the first week I can see I'm doing way more now than I was then. Really great way to ease into fitness with someone who obviously knows their stuff."
